Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hendrik Rust

Hendrik Rust gained his experience in various positions at a medium-sized company and two corporations. He became familiar with German, American and British management cultures as well as the different working methods in publicly listed corporations and family-owned businesses. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of a hidden champion and German global market leader.
Over the past 25 years, Hendrik Rust has conceived, pre-developed, discarded or brought to market readiness numerous products. One of the products he led the development of has been sold over 80 million times to date. He has also gained very intensive and formative experience in the area of cost reduction. Particularly during the global financial crisis, he achieved enormous success in reducing product costs.
In his consulting work, Prof. Rust supports companies with new product development, the optimization of development processes (Concept-to-Launch) as well as efficiency improvements in business processes (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, Inquiry-to-Resolution, Fault-to-Fix) and the automation of sub-processes with Agentic AI.
Today, he greatly enjoys applying his practical knowledge in consulting projects to create pragmatic solutions for his clients.
